چکیده

This paper presents a parametric study and comparison of turbocompound gasoline engine with diesel based on analysis done in previous papers. Turbocompounding is an important technique to recover waste heat from exhaust reduce CO_2 emission, improving fuel economy. By the time detected one biggest problems for IC engines pollution. Downsizing studies are popular at industry moments get emission consumption decreased. Even if racing gets involved this trend having more efficient green vehicles quite saving environment. Powertrain works supercharged internal combustion by co-operation two electric motors MGU-H (Motor-Generator Unit-Heat) MGU-K Unit-Kinetic). It also seen passenger, light heavy commercial using turbocompounding technology decrease The present compares outcomes which were shown papers demonstrate better performance terms greenhouse effect pollution as well power generation performance.

prediction of ignition delay period in d.i diesel engines

a semi-empirical mathematical model for predicting physical part of ignition delay period in the combustion of direct - injection diesel engines with swirl is developed . this model based on a single droplet evaporation model . the governing equations , namely , equations of droplet motion , heat and mass transfer were solved simultaneously using a rung-kutta step by step unmerical method . the...

on the comparison of keyword and semantic-context methods of learning new vocabulary meaning

the rationale behind the present study is that particular learning strategies produce more effective results when applied together. the present study tried to investigate the efficiency of the semantic-context strategy alone with a technique called, keyword method. to clarify the point, the current study seeked to find answer to the following question: are the keyword and semantic-context metho...

The Effect on Emissions of using Alternative Fuels in Turbo-Charged Diesel Engines

The paper outlines the Emission and Biofuel Directives relating to CO2 emissions in cars and the fiscal penalties incurred by manufacturers failing to meet targets. The effect on emissions of the biofuel directives are quantified through a test programme which measures emissions from a turbo-charged diesel engine using a range of biodiesel fuels, using standard diesel fuel to obtain a compariso...

Minimizing Fuel Use During Power Transients for Naturally Aspirated and Turbo Charged Diesel Engines

Recent development has renewed the interest in drivetrain concepts which gives a higher degree of freedom by disconnecting the engine and vehicle speeds. This freedom raises the demand for active control, which especially during transients is not trivial, but of which the quality is crucial for the success of the drivetrain concept. In this work the fuel optimal engine operating point trajector...
